Transect Analysis and Study on the Special Education Status for Disabled Juveniles in Jiangxi Province Abstract: Target: To learn about the present situation of compulsory education for the disabled juveniles thoroughly in Jiangxi Province, thus to provide scientific basis for the establishment of special educational guidelines and policies for Jiangxi Government.
Methods: From the database of Jiangxi Province second national disabled sample survey, to search related information and data of the disabled juveniles aged between 6 and 14, and to analyze the present situation of compulsory education for them with SPSS.
Results: In Jiangxi Province, disabled juveniles occupy 1.42 percent in the whole with same ages, and their enrollment rate of compulsory education is 65.56 percent, which is much lower than that for the healthy with the same ages (saying 98.08 percent). Among the dropouts, aments and multi-disabled hold the majority. Among the disabled who accept school education, 81.36 percent study at the common classes of liberal education schools.
Conclusion: Now at least 85,363.00 disabled juveniles aged between 6 and 14(except those whose limbs are deformed) need special education in Jiangxi Province, but at present, schools and teachers who give special education can only receive 20 percent of them, thus the resources of special education can’t meet the requirement largely of compulsory education for the disabled juveniles.

摘要:
目的:为了全面了解江西省目前残疾儿童少年接受义务教育状况,为江西政府制定特殊教育方针与政策提供科学依据;
方法:从江西省第二次全国残疾人抽样调查资料数据库中,检索6-14岁残疾儿童少年的有关信息数据,用SPSS社会科学统计软件统计分析其接受义务教育现状;
结果:江西残疾儿童少年在同龄人口中所占的比例为1.42%,其接受义务教育的入学率为65.56%,明显低于全省同龄接受义务教育的入学率(98.08%),辍学者中以智力残疾和多重残疾者为多,在接受学校教育者中有81.36%是进入普通教育学校普通班学习;
结论:目前江西6-14岁残疾儿童少年(除肢体残疾外)至少有85363人需接受特殊教育,但现有特教师资和特教学校都只能接纳其中20.0%的特教生,特殊教育资源远不能满足残疾儿童少年接受义务教育的需求。
