3 小结与体会
本例患者是1名PCI术后1月余规律DAPT并发缺血性脑卒中的患者。药师在治疗过程中积极提供药学服务，参与临床药物治疗，协助医生确定最佳抗栓方案，并提出合理建议。由于不同的抗血小板药物在ACS及缺血性脑卒中的临床使用疗效不一致，此外，目前国内外关于不同抗栓方案在缺血性脑卒中及ACS患者PCI术后的研究中仍不充分，且指南推荐意见不完全一致。这就要求临床药师针对患者的情况，充分评估缺血风险及出血风险，明确每种疾病的发展趋势和生命危害程度，分清主次，依据最新的循证医学证据，制定个体会抗栓方案以保证患者用药的安全性和有效性。
