　　现在社会需要的不仅仅是丰富的知识，更需要的是能够有创新能力、会学习、善于学习的人才。

　　英语是一门使人走向世界的语言，是一门让人充满生机和活力的语言，怎样才能用生机勃勃的语言引领我们求知似渴的孩子们，帮助他们具有终身学习的能力，从而走向一方更美的天地，是每一位英语老师应该思考的问题。笔者认为，英语课堂是立足之根本，只有充分地利用有效的学校资源和网络平台，才能促发学生在充满生活情趣的研究活动中，主动运用相关的词汇、句型进行口语表达和书面表达，并不自觉地使用英语进行思维。因此，在学校的学习环境下，培养学生的英语学习能力是我们研究的方向。

　　从现在的英语课堂来说，学生学习英语受到各种因素的制约：学习成绩、教师的点评、同学的态度、自身性格特点等。现在初中生学习，更多的是以教师教为主，教师思路为主，教师任务为主，学生没有自己思路，没有自己的学习方式，对于孩子的长远发展极为不利。因此，培养学生英语研究性自学能力，是每一位英语教师任重道远的事情。

　　初中生应掌握认知策略：

　　学前：根据需要进行预习。

　　学中：1、在学习中集中注意力;

　　2、在学习中善于记要点;

　　3、在学习中善于利用图画等非语言信息理解主题;

　　4、借助联想，学习和记忆词语;

　　5、对所学内容能主动复习，并加以整理和归纳;

　　6、在学习中积极思考，主动探究，善于发现语言的规律，并能举一反三;

　　7、在使用英语时，能意识到错误并适当地纠正。

　　8、必要时，有效地借助母语知识理解英语。

　　学后：尝试阅读英语故事以及其他它英语课外读物。

　　一、重视音标教学。

　　音标教学是学生英语学习入门的关键，就像汉语拼音一般，仿若孩子走路，正因为有了最起码的基础夯实，才能够在以后的学习路上不断提升。将音标进行整合，将字母和音标揉合在一起，让学生轻松上阵，打好前行的背包，快乐起航。

　　二、兴趣是最好的老师，及时给予学生肯定和鼓励。

　　再好的教材，再好的教法，如果得不到学生的认可，失去了学生的积极参与，那么一切的教学活动都是无意的。我们教育的对象是学生，学生才是我们关注的主体。就像鱼儿之于水，工人之于技能，如果连所要教育的对象都搞不明白，还在妄谈如何去教，采用何种技巧，采用何种策略，一切都是无谓的。

　　教师本身就是学生喜欢的“焦点”。树立良好的教师形象，从活动到交谈，从衣着到话题，走入学生的内心。和学生不仅仅交流学习，更多地是交流思考，交流生活。站在学生的身边，作为一个同行者，而不是找茬者。作一个护花者，而非简单的旁观者，和学生一同成长，一起进步。

　　三、课堂才是学生学习的主阵地。

　　交给学生，他们会比我们想象中做得更好。给学生一份信任，学生会还我们一份惊喜。在教学中我尝试进行使用，学生在每堂课学习过程中不断提升和进步。

　　2、能借助提示，听懂2b中所讲述的动物的外貌、习性以及濒临灭绝的原因。

　　3、能运用词汇，描述自己熟悉的动物以及它的行为和特征。

　　2、通过问题的引领，学习文本3a、3b ，能在教师阅读技巧的指导下，完成学习;

　　通过本环节的设计，能认识到学习英语的目的在于交流，乐于参加英语实践活动。

　　动物，无论哪个年龄阶段的孩子都喜欢。对于初四的孩子来说，有着强烈的“大人”意识，保护这些动物，特别是濒临灭绝的动物，是责任，更是一种义务。

　　T: Let’s enjoy the sound of the animal. Please guess what kind of animal it is.

　　You are knowledgeable. It is not a true sound. It is a kind of voice that a child make. Do you know why? Yes. They are endangered in our planet now.
