一.案例背景
1.学生分析
本节课的授课对象是小学四年级学生。学生有了一定的英语语言材料积累,自主学习的能力初步形成,在教师创设的各种语言环境中,均能进行一些简单的交流。学生已初步学习了有关词汇和句型,但要在实际情境中恰当运用,还有待提高。
2.教学内容
PEP教材小学英语第三册Unit3 My friends第五课时教学设计
(1)词汇:quiet,active,long hair, short hair, curly hair, thin, strong, tall, short.
(2)句型:What’s her name? Her name is ……
He /she likes……
Boy or girl?
3.教学目标:
(1)知识目标:学生学习What’s her name? Her name is …… He /she likes…… Boy or girl?以及其他带有or的句子。
(2)能力目标:
①学生能够提问别人的姓名,如What’s her/his name?
②学生能说出自己或朋友的爱好,如I like music. She likes english.
③学生能简单介绍自己朋友及特征,如My friend is strong. He has short hair.
(3)情感目标
①注重培养学生严谨的学习态度。
②培养学生与人交往的能力。
4.教学重点和难点
重点:1.句型:What’s her name? Her name is…. He /she likes……
2.词汇:some
难点:1.区分What’s her name? 与What’s his name?
2. 区分Who’s she? 与Who’s he?

①教师准备一本语文书、一本数学书和一本英语书。
②教师准备红色和绿色的颜色纸。
③教师准备一个汽球棒锤。
④教师准备一块幕布。

二.教学过程
Warm-up&Preview
1. Greetings:
T: Hello, children, do oh do.
Ss: Hello, Miss Zhu, do oh do.
T: Hello, children, do oh do.
Ss: Hello, hello, hello! Hello! (以歌曲形式进行问候)
(设计意图:师生以歌曲形式进行问候,活跃了课堂气氛,营造轻松的学习氛围。)
2.Let’s chant.
Friends are like you and me.
Some are old, some are new.
Some like green, some like blue.
Friends are like me and you.
①教师放录音,学生整体听录音里的chant节奏。
②教师一句句放录音内容,学生一句句跟唱。
③学生一齐chant。
(设计意图:用本节课的chant进行热身,既激发了学生的英语学习积极性,又为本节课的内容学习做下了铺垫。)
(二).Presentation & Practice
Ⅰ.Chinese book, English book, math book
ⅰ.教师出示Chinese book,问学生:What’s this?个别学生回答;It’s a chinese book. 教师以同样方式教学English book和math book。
ⅱ.待学生回答后,师说:I have a Chinese book, a math book and an English book. 教师拿起其中一本math book,用布遮住,不让学生看见,说:Boys and girls,guess please.Is this a Chinese book or an math book?教师重复,慢慢地说句子:A Chinese book or a math book?教师引导生猜。
教师请个别学生猜,回答错误的同学教师刮此学生鼻子,学生猜正确,则由学生刮教师鼻子,师并且说:Yes, you are right.
教师板书or并教读单词or。
(设计意图:用猜一猜学生身边的Chinese book和math book的方式,引出or的学习。用刮鼻子的方式进行奖励与惩罚,拉近了师生间的距离,轻松了课堂气氛,学生英语学习更加积极主动。)
ⅲ.①教师拿两种颜色纸,说:Look, boys and girls. I have got two colours. They’re red and green. 教师让生看过颜色纸之后,把颜色纸放在两手之间,然后一手拿一种颜色,举起其中一只手问学生:Red or green? 个别学生猜。
②教师带读句子red or green?
③教师让学生上台当小老师,T: Who wants to be a small teacher? Come here.
ⅳ.Boy or girl?
①引出句子
教师把一生遮住眼睛,另一生触摸一下被包住眼睛的学生手,
教师问:Boy or girl?被蒙住眼睛学生猜,猜错刮鼻子。
②教师带读句子Boy or girl?两次,个别生读。

教师随意抽一小组,包住一生,全体生问:Boy or girl?
B.小组合作
在小组合作的同时教师板书句子:Boy or girl?
(设计意图:用猜颜色纸red or green?过渡到本节课的新句型Boy or girl?自然真实。通过小组合作学习,巩固新句型,培养学生的合作精神。)
Ⅱ.What’s his/her name?
ⅰ.教师问一男生:What’s your name?待学生回答后,教师指向此男孩,问:This is a boy.What’s his name?个别生回答:His name is …….
教师用同样方式问另一学生。
ⅱ.①教师问此生时,再指向一女生,说:This is a girl.What’s her name?引导学生回答:Her name is …….
②教师带读句子:Her name is…….
③个别生说句子Her name is…….

ⅴ.Guess:Who am I ?
教师叫three boys and three girls上讲台,用布遮住他们,其中一人伸出一只手,上讲台学生齐问:Boy or girl?下面学生猜,猜错给予一棒锤。上面学生继续问:What’s his/her name?其余学生猜。
(设计意图:通过chant操练,初步巩固本节课的新句型What’s his/her name? His/Her name is…….通过Guess游戏,教师制造information gap,让学生在真实的语境中运用所学句型。)
Ⅲ.外貌特征句子
ⅰ.long hair、short hair、curly hair
①教师在黑板上画一个短头发,并且哭着的小女孩,问学生:Boys and girls.Look,has she got long hair or short hair?学生回答后,T:Look,she is not happy.She is crying.Why?Because she doesn’t like short hair.She likes long hair.Help me,help me,you say“long hair,long hair”please.
全体学生说long hair,long hair,学生边说教师边画长头发。
②T:Look,children.Is she happy?(学生回答)Yes,she is not happy.Because she likes curly hair.Help me,help me,you say“curly hair,curly hair”please.
教师说curly hair,学生跟说。
全体生说curly hair,学生边说教师边画。
