5 创建齿轮实体模型
创建好齿轮毛坯,再调用前面创建的“齿轮刀具”,做布尔运算,用齿轮毛坯减去环形阵列齿轮刀具数组,就完成了完整的齿轮模型。
结论:齿轮的结构参数轴径D4、齿宽B、Da、D0、D3与齿数Z、模数m有关,且由经验公式确定,当齿数Z、模数m改变时,这些参数根据经验公式自动改变。因此用户从窗体界面输入不同的齿数、模数,就会得到不同结构参数的齿轮三维实体模型。
