从表中不难总结出如下故障特征:一缸失火—各测点水平方向0.5、1、1.5阶均有大幅度的增长;二,三缸同时失火—各测点垂直方向1阶均有大幅增长,其它不明显;一,二,三缸同时失火—各测点三个方向的0.5阶均有大幅增长,垂直方向的1阶也有大幅增长。
4 小结
本文模拟一台发动机两种工况(转速1600 rpm,负荷10nm ,2400rpm,负荷10nm )下的故障,测试并提取了扭振和振动加速度信号进行分析研究。用能量重心校正方法分别对故障的扭振信号、振动加速度信号进行了分析校正,提取了故障信号的特征。比较分析了发动机扭振和水平、轴向、垂直三个方向的加速度的诊断应用效果,证明了采用扭振信号来分析发动机的振动故障比采用加速度信号来分析方便和有效的。

The Researching on Testing Methods of Vibration Failures on Engine
Abstract:This article is base on the basis of researching technique of engine failures and the spectral analysis adjustment methods of the predecessors, The signal of the torsional vibration and the acceleration vibration has be carried on the characteristic analysis of the engine vibration failures. After the signals on engine has be analysed by contrasting the signals of the torsional vibration with the acceleration vibration through the Energy Centrobaric Correction Method, Then the conclusion is that analysing the engine vibration failures by the signals of the torsional vibration is even more quickly and effectively.
